This E-Portfolio highlights my accomplishments as a new media developer and shows the skills, knowledge, and qualifications I've gained as an instructional designer and performance consultant. The course artifacts demonstrate mastery of the Standards Matrix, established by the Department of Educational Technology (EDTEC) at San Diego State University (SDSU), and illustrate my approach to managing performance technology projects.

Presently, I work as a senior specialist in instructional development and e-learning with Cardinal Health in the Clinical Technologies and Services division of San Diego, CA. I also consult with Distance-Educator.com as an instructional designer, administrating learning management systems for university courses and designing and developing e-learning content for faculty development. Finally, I'm contracting with the EDTEC Department at SDSU redesigning a master's level course in distance education.
