This portfolio shows my experience as a consultant, instructional designer, and developer. The assets demonstrate mastery of the Standards Matrix, established by the Department of Educational Technology (EDTEC) at San Diego State University (SDSU), and illustrate my approach to managing performance technology projects.

I'm a Consultant for Instructional Delivery at Carefusion, Inc, a medical device and software company, in San Diego, CA. I also have experience administrating learning management systems for university courses and designing and developing e-learning content for faculty development. As an instructor, I taught courses on Learning Management Systems, designing distance education systems, and I facilitated virtual course delivery for the EDTEC graduate program at SDSU.
